Under no circumstances will your information be shared or sold.  You will receive e-mails for order confirmation and shipping information.

Shipping

All of my pieces are custom made and generally ship within 3-5 business days.  I ship USPS First Class Mail.  Let me know before ordering if you prefer another method. All items are carefully wrapped and shipped securely in a gift box.

Refunds/Exchanges

Please let me know if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason before returning it.  I do accept returns for refunds or store credit within 5 days of receipt of purchase.  Unfortunately they do not include shipping charges.  Contact me for a return authorization number.  Items will not be accepted without one.  All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.  Please insure your return package and include delivery confirmation.

I take pride in my designs.  Please note that handmade jewelry can be delicate and should be handled with care.   Those pieces made with vitreous enamel (glass grains) may chip or shatter if dropped.  I am happy to repair (if possible) any jewelry that was created by me.  Clean pieces with a soft cloth.  Store metal in a sealed plastic bag to avoid tarnish.
