Shipping
All designs are custom made and generally ship within 5-7 days. Package is shipped USPS First Class Mail. Let us know before ordering if you prefer another method. All items are carefully wrapped and shipped securely in a gift box.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let us know if your are unhappy with your purchase before returning. We accept returns for refunds or store credit within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Unfortunately this does not include shipping charges. Returns must be sent in original condition and packaging. Contact us for a return authorization number. Item(s) will not be accepted without one. Please insure your return package and include the tracking number.
We take pride in our designs. please note that handmade jewelry can be delicate and should be handled with care. Pieces made with vitreous enamel (glass grains) may chip or shatter if dropped. We are happy to repair (when possible) any jewelry that was created by us. Clean pieces with a soft cloth. Store metal in a sealed plastic bag to avoid tarnish.

We use PAYPAL and SQUARE as our payment processors, so we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or you can pay using your PAYPAL balance.
Is Our Site Secure?
Yes, you pay through PAYPAL or SQUARE, not through this site. We never even see your credit card information.
